With an education in Art, Graphic Design and Traditional Animation I have a strong creative background to draw from. Initially I worked in Commercials and broadcast design as a Henry and Flame artist, spending around 10 years working for various post houses and TV stations, including VHQ Singapore, Sky TV and the BBC.
In 2000 I joined Millfilm and began working on various Film VFX projects using Flame, including Hannibal and Cats & Dogs. From here my career in Film VFX continued and progressed as I joined Framestore to work as a lead on Dinotopia (miniseries) for which I earned an Emmy Honor, followed by James Bond's 'Die another Day'.
I joined Double Negative in 2003 as a Shake compositor, working on a long list of high profile Film projects including Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, Hell Boy II, Angels and Demons and The Tree of Life, rising up the ranks to the level of 2D Supervisor.
In 2010 I moved to Molinare Film & Television as a VFX Supervisor, switching to work on Nuke in the process. Working on projects with clients from the bidding, through to pre-production and onset Supervision, followed by VFX post supervision and delivery.
In 2013 I returned to Dneg, working as a VFX Supervisor on Ex Machina and later as production VFX Supervisor on American Assassin followed by Bohemian Rhapsody.
Since 2019 I have been an independent VFX Supervisor and Consultant on various projects including the epic Bollywood production Brahmastra and the Whitney Houston Biopic, I Wanna Dance With Somebody.
Though based in the UK for many years, during my career I've worked and sometimes lived in numerous countries and cities from Jakarta, Singapore and India to Vancouver, New York and Boston as well as alot in between.
I have many years experience of the VFX production process from script all the way to screen. Delivering creative, high quality, photo real VFX.
